Jacksonville Beach Police investigating Memorial Day shooting

The Jacksonville Beach Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Memorial Day morning.

According to police, the shooting happened Monday morning in the 700 block of 2nd Avenue South.

Police said someone shot into a house there but no one was hurt.

Police said the shooting is now under investigation and detectives were on the scene Monday morning.

No other information was immediately available.
