Community mourns death of beloved Ribault High School assistant principal

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jean Ribault High School Assistant Principal Michael McNair passed away, according to family.

McNair was a graduate of Raines High School.

He also coached football at the youth and high school levels and was a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.

“He was a good father, brother, frat brother and friend,” his brother wrote.

According to his LinkedIn profile, McNair has been serving as the high school assistant principal since July 2018. It is unclear how McNair died.

His family said his celebration of life services will be announced later.
