Missing 76-year-old woman with dementia found safe

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced a 76-year-old woman with dementia has been found safe.

Saturday evening, JSO put out an alert that Elaine Banks Douglas was believed to be driving a white 2010 Toyota Venza with a Florida tag.

As of 9:51 p.m., JSO announced she had been located safe by Georgia law enforcement.
