DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. – All lanes reopened on Interstate 95 southbound at J. Turner Boulevard on Tuesday morning following a vehicle fire.
The fire initially blocked all lanes of I-95. However, the far left lane opened around 7 a.m., and all lanes reopened shortly after.
