According to the agency, a pickup truck, a Tri Glide motorcycle, an Electra Glide motorcycle, and a Freightliner Propane truck were all traveling north on A1A.

FHP said the propane truck and both motorcycles stopped in the northbound lane of A1A when the pickup truck, which was pulling a concrete pump, failed to slow down and stop behind the motorcycles.

The pickup truck struck the Tri Glide motorcycle, which caused a collision with the other bike, before the pickup struck the propane truck, FHP said.

The agency said the driver of the Tri Glide died at the scene.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
