JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a deadly shooting at an apartment complex on Collins Road.
Isaiah Robinson was arrested and charged with manslaughter following the shooting, which occurred on April 24, 2026.

Robinson is currently being held at the Duval County jail.

Officers responded to an apartment complex on Collins Road near Retreat Boulevard after receiving a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, they found a woman inside an apartment who had been shot.
The woman was transported to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
Robinson was detained at the scene and was quickly identified as the suspect.
After interviewing Robinson and reviewing available evidence, detectives arrested and charged him with manslaughter.
