Having issues with Xfinity? You’re not alone. What we know about thousands of outages

Comcast and Xfinity users across the country were having trouble accessing their cable or internet Monday afternoon.

According to Down Detector, there were nearly 26,000 reports of Xfinity outages as of 4:30 p.m.

The outages were concentrated in several major cities like Chicago, Atlanta and Boston, as well as the Jacksonville area.

Xfinity has not yet released a statement on the outage.
