JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – All northbound lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard at San Juan Avenue are closed due to a fatal crash, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
News4JAX arrived at the scene and saw a dark pickup truck with front-end damage.
