KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. – A Keystone Heights man was arrested Tuesday on six felony charges — including two counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of DUI manslaughter — in connection with a deadly crash that killed two people in Clay County in May 2025.
Henry Wimberly IV, 36, was taken into custody July 21, at the Clay County Jail after being transported from Taylor Correctional Institution on a warrant signed by a judge. The warrant had been issued June 25.

The charges
According to court records, Wimberly faces the following charges stemming from an incident on May 28, 2025, in Clay County:
- Two counts of vehicular homicide in the deaths of two victims identified in court documents only by initials
- Two counts of DUI manslaughter causing death
- Two counts of DUI with serious bodily injury to another person
Each of the six charges carries a bond of $150,003, for a total bond of $900,018. The charges were filed by State Attorney Melissa W. Nelson of the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
What prosecutors allege
Prosecutors allege Wimberly operated a motor vehicle in a reckless manner likely to cause death or great bodily harm to others, resulting in the deaths of two individuals — identified in the charging document only as M.P. and J.H.
Wimberly is also accused of driving while under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or a controlled substance to the extent that his normal faculties were impaired, which prosecutors say caused or contributed to those deaths and to serious bodily injury to at least two people.
May 2025 Crash
Investigators say a 58-year-old man was killed in Keystone Heights when his SUV was hit by a sedan that didn’t stop at a stop sign.
Troopers said the car, which had four people inside, was headed north on Sunrise Boulevard and didn’t stop at the State Road 100 stop sign. It hit the front right of the SUV, which was headed east on SR 100.
The 58-year-old died at the scene, FHP said.
Wimberly and his three passengers were all seriously injured, at the time of the crash.
