JSO confirms law enforcement presence on Townsend Blvd.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office confirmed a police presence on the 3500 block of Townsend Blvd. in the Arlington Hills neighborhood.

Viewers called News4JAX and neighbors say they saw helicopters flying nearby.
