More than 20,000 Spotify users reported service problems Tuesday morning, according to outage-tracking website Down Detector. Reports began flooding in around 10:30 a.m., with users experiencing a range of issues across the platform.
Of those who reported problems, 58% said they had issues with the app itself, while 21% reported trouble with audio streaming. Another 13% experienced server connection problems.
