Muay Thai gym in Jax goes beyond fitness
Jacksonville has many different outlets when it comes to fitness. Rance decided to dive into one that checks the box for his love of martial arts. Muay Thai boxing is an art form that goes back 2000 years and is described as training with eight limbs. While he went to train and get a sweat on to learn about the health benefits, he discovered a deeper connection students gain from training at Jacksonville Muay Thai. He plans to return for the fitness in the very near future.
