Soaring Bungee Fitness is the 1st Bungee Fitness Studio in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine/St Johns County. Bungee fitness is a low-impact, motion based, resistance-training program. In a 45 minute class you can burn 350-500 calories. As a low-impact workout most of your weight is on the bungees and less stress on your body. The bungees pull you against gravity, they also require stability and strength to stay on the ground, great workout for the core too.
