The ROAR celebrates the Pro Bowl selection of Alyvia Anderson

Each year one representative from each NFL Cheerleading team is selected to represent their franchise at the annual Pro Bowl. This year’s invitee is local entrepreneur and fan favorite Alyvia Anderson! She has been cheering with The ROAR for 5 seasons and this showstopper shows no signs of stopping!

About Alyvia

Born in a south suburb of Chicago, Alyvia Anderson made the move to the Jacksonville area during high school, attending a performing arts school where she majored in musical theatre and minored in dance. During her senior year, she successfully auditioned for THE ROAR of the Jaguars and decided to forgo college to seize the opportunity with THE ROAR. Over the past 5 seasons, Alyvia has been actively involved in various community events, celebrated the Jaguars’ 25th anniversary, cheered in the Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio, and performed with the original cast of Grease for their Grease Live tour. She has also performed with numerous artists locally and nationally and cheering on the Jaguars at Wembley Stadium three times. Additionally, in 2023, Alyvia was nominated Captain and has thoroughly enjoyed leading her teammates this year.

Following high school graduation, she attended Paul Mitchell school, specializing in men’s barbering and special occasion hair and makeup. Currently, she owns her own barbershop and dedicates most weekends to bridal hair and makeup. During high school, she worked for an event company, portraying multiple princesses at children’s birthday parties and community events. Her time with the company allowed her to volunteer for various charity events, sparking a desire to start her own company and actively engage with charitable organizations, paying it forward.
