Disney on Broadway performances are recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, Disney recommends its productions for ages 6 and up. Please note that FSCJ Artist Series admits guests aged zero and up. All guests entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Due to a change of schedule, Frozen performances will run from Saturday, April 27 – Saturday, May 4, 2024. Performances previously scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, Thursday, April 25 and Friday, April 26 have been cancelled.Broadway in Jacksonville patrons will be assigned comparable seats for the same performance day and time one week later, except for Family Night on Broadway ticketholders which has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 30.
