JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – 1928 Cuban Bistro is a vibrant culinary destination that combines rich food and flavors with Cuban culture.

Owners Rebecca and Adrian Gonzalez said when they moved to Jacksonville in 2015, they were missing their family -- and the food they were used to.

“We wanted to bring a little piece of Miami to Jacksonville,” Rebecca said.

Five years after starting their venture, they have six locations all throughout north Florida, where they bring their wide menu based on their own family recipes.
