Elevate Jacksonville has a mission of building long-term, life changing relationships with youth, equipping them with the tools to thrive while also giving back to the community. Based in Duval County, Elevate Jacksonville is part of a national group with an ambitious goal to reach 25 cities by the end of 2025, aiming to create a tipping point for social change in underserved communities across the country.
