Fitness and fun await at Pound & Pour
Pound & Pour is a community fitness event happening at Strings Sports Brewery in Jacksonville Beach on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM. You are invited to unleash your inner rockstar with a POUND “Rockout Workout”-a unique drumming-cardio session that blends yoga and pilates-inspired moves with Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks) for a fun, immersive workout. After the session, attendees can relax and socialize over a complimentary beverage, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. The event also features raffle giveaways, with prizes such as gift cards to local restaurants, gyms, med spas, and apparel from local vendors, plus free giveaways for all participants.
