Global Running Day tips to stay safe while exercising in the heat
Coach Amy Magdalein of Moms on the Run Jax joined us for Global Running Day to share tips on staying safe when working out in the heat. Moms on the Run offers group fitness classes at local parks, schools and other safe areas. Classes are led by certified running coaches to help with proper training techniques, form, and other important factors that will help you stay safe, healthy and injury free. Train with new friends and find the accountability and motivation to keep working towards your goals even during the hot Florida summer months so you are ready to reach your goals when the weather cools down again!
