Ponte Vedra – John Manis, Jr. is passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After landing in Ponte Vedra some years ago, he realized there weren’t any training options near him...so he opened his own gym.
While the initial focus is fitness and self-defense, students have discovered the benefits beyond that including mental health and bonding with others. Rance rolled (Jiu Jitsu term) down to PV to learn a bit more about the sport and it’s participants. www.pvbjj.com
