Eden gets to work on National Bagel Day

PopUp Bagels began as a backyard pickup window, created to share a new bagel recipe with friends. Today, it has grown into multiple pop-up and permanent locations, offering always-fresh weekend pickup—now including a location in the St. Johns Town Center.

The goal is simple: to serve the best, freshest bagels—no frills, just plainly perfect. Each bagel is crafted with a crispy crust, a soft, airy center, the ideal size, and the perfect proportion of seeds.
