St. Johns – Chef Jean Maire Jolley and his wife moved to Jacksonville to slow down and retire. He got antsy and opened Rustica in the rapidly developing Silverleaf neighborhood in St. Johns County.
The menu and motto of the restaurant focuses on introducing guests to elevated food experiences so they no longer feel intimidated to try new things.
