Jacksonville – Agape Health and Wellness Center is a non-profit community-based organization that serves the entire Northeast Florida community, including metro Jacksonville and residents of Baker, Clay, Duval, St. Johns and Nassau counties. Agape Health and Wellness Center provides treatment and services to individuals of all demographics and cultural backgrounds.
Their core focus is primary health, behavioral health, substance use, housing, and HIV/ AIDS testing, counseling and education to both adults and children. Agape Health and Wellness Center is dedicated to the recovery, restoration and promotion of strong and healthy individuals, families and communities.
