They encourage participants to plan extra travel time both days and allow for delays entering and exiting the shopping center.

According to the parking map on the event’s website, general parking is accessed from San Jose Boulevard. Areas marked in yellow with Xs are no-parking zones; additional parking is available at Trinity Mandarin Church north of the expo site.

Organizers urge drivers to follow directions from police and traffic personnel and to not block driving lanes or intersections.

If a runner cannot attend the expo, another person may pick up the packet with a signed authorization form. The form can also be completed onsite. Bring any required ID and a printed or digital copy of the authorization if someone else will pick up the packet.

Jacksonville-area residents who live within 30 miles must pick up packets at the expo and cannot use race-day pickup within that radius. Participants who live more than 30 miles from downtown Jacksonville can pick up their packets the day of the race and pay a $10 fee.
