JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Varsity 4 News4JAX softball Super 6 rankings will be published Thursday through the end of the regular season with the exception of a week off for spring break. Records are through April 22.

1. (1) Baker County (21-1, Class 4A)
Notable wins: Atlantic Coast (twice), Baldwin (twice), Bartram Trail, Bishop Snyder, IMG Academy, Middleburg (twice), Paxon, Ponte Vedra, Union County, West Nassau (twice), Yulee.
Glance: The Wildcats have picked up the pace after their lone loss, rattling off four quality Ws since our last Super 6 — West Nassau, Baldwin, Union County and Ponte Vedra. Baleigh Shields (.526, 14 RBI) continues to set the offensive pace. Chloe Johnson (.434) has five homers for Baker County.
2. (2) Columbia (22-3, Class 4A)
Notable wins: Bartram Trail (twice), Branford (twice), Buchholz (twice), Gainesville, Palatka, Ridgeview, Santa Fe, Venice, West Nassau, Williston (twice).
Glance: The Tigers ended the regular season on a nine-game winning streak, with three excellent Ws since our last Super 6 (Santa Fe, Palatka and Branford). The 2-0 win over Santa Fe in eight innings was the best of the bunch. They lost that game to a 20-3 Santa Fe by a lopsided 13-2 score earlier this season. Alannah Lord (.440, 4 HR, 30 RBI), Luisa Taylor (.400) and Josie Raulerson (.391, 32 RBI, 4 HR), lead the offense. Emily Delgado has bashed seven homers.
3. (6) Atlantic Coast (16-7, Class 7A)
Notable wins: Baldwin, Creekside, Fleming Island, Fletcher (twice), Mandarin (twice), Paxon (twice), University Christian.
Glance: The Stingrays have won five straight games, including an 11-0 romp over Baldwin in eight innings in the Gateway Conference championship game. Emma Cano (.488, 13 RBI), Stella Lynton (.468, 25 RBI), Josleen Mendoza (.446, 3 HR, 29 RBI) and Skye Deans (.426) lead the offense. Morgan Brown is 14-4 with 120 Ks in 118 IP and a 1.84 ERA.
4. (5) Tocoi Creek (21-2, Class 6A)
Notable wins: Bartram Trail, Beachside, Fleming Island, Fletcher, Keystone Heights, Ponte Vedra (twice), Yulee.
Glance: The Toros have won 13 straight games including solid Ws over Beachside, Bartram Trail and Sandalwood since our last update. The district tournament is up next. Ryleigh Williams (.450), Siena Gallant (.431) and Skye Fourman (.424) lead the batters. In the circle, Hannah Jones is 17-1 with a 0.67 ERA and 205 Ks in 114.2 IP.
5. (NR) University Christian (15-4, Class 1A)
Notable wins: Beachside, Bishop Snyder (twice), Bolles, Creekside, Fleming Island, Jensen Beach, Madison County (twice), Sandalwood, Yulee
Glance: Great season for the Christians, who will try and get back to the state semifinals this season. They’ve handed 15-3 Madison County two of its losses this season. Since our last Super 6, they beat Bishop Snyder and previously ranked Creekside, both quality Ws. Sinai Tunsill (.464), Naomi Winburn (.433) and Piper Tessier (.403) are leading the offense.
6. (3) Baldwin (17-6, Class 2A)
Notable wins: Atlantic Coast, Bishop Snyder, Episcopal, Middleburg (twice), Paxon, Sandalwood (twice), West Nassau, Yulee.
Glance: The Indians had a tough week, losing to No. 1 Baker County (10-7) and then watching a scoreless Gateway Conference title game go into extra innings where they lost to Atlantic Coast, 11-0. Yes, you read that right. Baldwin bounced back with a 5-3 win over Middleburg. Jazmine Ramos-Merced (.460, 5 HR, 19 RBI), Lily Hubbard (.373, 16 RBI), Hayden Peebles (.357, 14 RBI) and KK Fry (.342, 15 RBI) lead the offense.
