A man was shot and killed Wednesday in the Brentwood neighborhood, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Scott Dingess, 50, has been identified by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office as the other man killed inside Skernivitz's car. CLAY COUNTY, Fla. A former Clay County law enforcement officer was arrested Wednesday morning on eight counts of possession of child pornography. Clay County investigators said an electronic forensics investigation of a computer owned by Williams revealed the following:Multiple child sexual abuse images inside eight electronic files. According to an arrest report, the child victims are either known or have been identified. Neighbors who didnt want to talk on camera were shocked because they know Williams is a former Clay County deputy. Since Williams is a former law enforcement officer, his booking photo is exempt from being made public.

Police found an unresponsive man in a field Tuesday between 8 and 9 a.m., Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said. Police working on a tip went to a nearby home and smelled smoke, so they forced their way inside and found a woman and two children dead, he said. David Cousin Jr., 35, and Takeyra Collins, 25, were both ruled dead of multiple gunshot wounds, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office said. Armond Johnson Jr., 6, and Aubree Stone, 2, were found dead inside the home of smoke inhalation.
