Contruction forcing lane closure on I-95
CAMDEN COUNTY, Fla. – The right lane of northbound Interstate 95 will be closed Monday through Thursday due to road construction on the Colerain Road exit. In conjunction with the $41.8 million Colerain Road widening and I-95 interchange reconstruction project in Camden County, contractors for the Georgia Department of Transportation have scheduled the single lane closure from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Right lane closures will be in effect on northbound lanes a mile in either direction of the exit to widen the replacement bridge at Exit 6. The project was awarded to Seaboard Construction Company of Brunswick and should be completed fall of 2019 depending on weather conditions. Motorists are advised to expect minor delays, exercise caution and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones.
