Kearria Addison was caught in the crossfire -- and shot in the head -- during an argument over $180 while sitting with family members in a car outside a Northside convenience store.

A sentencing hearing was passed Monday until Nov. 3 for Tom Everett, who has pleaded guilty to felony second-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder in the 2020 shooting death of 5-year-old Kearria Addison.

Charges have been dropped against two people of the four people who were accused in connection with the shooting death of a 5-year-old girl last year.
