A North Carolina meat company is recalling more than 167,000 pounds of raw pork, beef and goat products after federal officials determined the items were produced and sold without federal inspection — and bore a false government stamp of approval.

Consumers who purchased pork products in the United States between June 28, 2014, and June 30, 2018, may be eligible for a cash payment as part of a class action antitrust settlement totaling more than $117 million.

A division of Perdue Premium Meat Company, Inc., is recalling approximately 234,391 pounds of fully cooked ham and pepperoni products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced Monday.
