A Portland, Oregon, baby got sick with infant botulism after drinking contaminated ByHeart formula donated through a program that helps poor and homeless families.

ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – Homicide detectives called to a suspicious death early Monday morning on Redfin Drive at Sailfish Drive said a man was stabbed several times. Police said a resident of the home who called 911 about 1:15 a.m. but didn’t yet know that person’s relationship with the victim. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is assisting the Atlantic Beach police with the investigation. Neighbors told News4Jax the people in that house moved in about a year ago but didn’t know much about them. News4Jax crime and safety expert Ken Jefferson said if this is a domestic killing, it there shouldn’t be a threat to public safety -- but police haven’t said.
