Woman dies after crawling through a pickup truck window while it was still in motion in Putnam County: FHP No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 26-year-old woman died Friday in Putnam County when she crawled through a pickup truck window while it was in motion, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Officials said at 5:30 p.m. on Yelvington Road, the woman was sitting in the truck bed, and then attempted to crawl through the side window from the bed.
She fell from the right side of the pickup truck and hit the ground while it was still in motion.
The pickup truck driver, a 39-year-old man, was wearing a seatbelt but the passenger was not.
