News4JAX+ at 10 a.m.: Tool to help locate people with autism and related disabilities

Less than 2 months ago, the state legislature re-established a bill that gives parents another tool to help find people with autism and related disabilities if they tend to wander away. It's called Project Leo and was named after a boy with autism who drowned in 2014. State representative Wyman Duggan is among the lawmakers who pushed to reestablish Project Leo. Representative Duggan joins us this morning.
