Rain is moving across SE GA, more to come for NE FL

For some, a wet weekend

Happy Fri-yay! we’re tracking showers on Exact Track 4D this evening, currently moving through SE GA. Based on the current speed and models this brings the wet stuff to Jacksonville after the drive home. Be safe.

Tonight: A line of showers/storms will continue to sink south tonight ahead of our next cold front. Grab that rain coat when heading out tonight. Wind SW 10-20 mph.

Saturday: A split forecast as some will see clouds, showers. Others, partly cloudy skies. The wind switches to the northeast behind the front. This will bring clouds, showers to coastal counties while areas west of highway 301 will enjoy partly cloudy skies. Wake up lows in the 40s to low 50s. Afternoon highs in the 50s to low 60s. Wind NE 10-20 mph.

Looking ahead: Cloudy and cool with rounds of wet weather Saturday, Sunday along our coastal zones. Partly cloudy, cool and breezy for areas west of highway 301.
