CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook and local partners will announce a new health and wellness program for first responders during a news conference Friday.
The program is being launched in partnership with JLC-FL and its eTMS Florida program. It uses EEG brain mapping to guide personalized, noninvasive brain health care and has been shown to benefit people dealing with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder, according to the sheriff’s office.
Cook will be joined by Clay County Fire Rescue Chief Lorin Mock, Florida House Speaker Sam Garrison, Operation Barnabas CEO John Green and JLC Services CEO Joseph Charles.
