TGIF! Make it a "9"

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – March rainfall totals are impressive, 9-11″ across much of North Florida and South Georgia. Just since Wednesday, rainfall amounts have been 2-4″, enough such that the North Fork of Black Creek will reach flood stage later Friday.

But all of that is in our rear view mirror.

Sunshine will dominate through the weekend. Starting after 10 a.m. rain clouds will be long gone and only a few passing clouds will linger.

Cool morning temperatures will be with us all day. Starting in the low 50s, afternoon highs will be 70-74°

Winds will shift from the west-southwest to the west-northwest running between 7-12 mph.

Saturday and Sunday, similar but not identical days. Saturday a few degrees milder than Sunday. Mornings both days will be chilly, starting off in the low to mid 40s.

Next week? No more rain until April 1st, which is Thursday.
