After a quiet evening, rain chances will be on the rise as a cold front moves into the region. The highest rain chances will be NW of Jacksonville, with daybreak temps in the upper 60s.
Rain chances will continue to start the weekend Saturday. Scattered showers will be possible in the morning, with improving conditions by afternoon. It will be cooler, with highs in the low 80s.
Much nicer weather arrives for Sunday behind the front. Expect a heavy dose of sunshine with temps only in the upper 70s.
The 80s return to start next week, along with an isolated shower chance both Monday and Tuesday. Temps for Monday will be in the low 80s, with the upper 80s arriving on Tuesday.
A somewhat unsettled weather pattern is possible to start The Players Thursday and Friday. A few showers will be possible, with highs in the 70s for Rounds 1 and 2.
