Open Window Weather, Celebrate it like a Holiday

Are you thinking of warmer days? Maybe some open window weather, flip flops and something cold and frosty in your hands? That does sound good and it’s part of your weekend forecast. That’s right, warmer highs and light wind are less than 24 hours away.

As high pressure edges closer to the southeast, lighter wind and warmer temperatures will build into the weekend. Wind will turn from south, which will increase moisture levels and temperatures. Partly cloudy skies will decorate the skies on Saturday as cloudy skies develop on Sunday. This combination of moisture and warmth will fog.

The high moves to the east Saturday night through Sunday and then a cold front will slip into southern GA during the day on Sunday. There will be an increasing chance for showers on Sunday for SE GA.

Temperatures will be near normal on Thursday, then above normal through the weekend.
