Consumer Reports found some big discounts on some of its top-rated products that can save you hundreds of dollars.
Robotic vacuum (3-in-1 sweep, vacuum, and mop)
The robotic vacuum and mop from Coredy is as low as $159.99 at Coredy (Orig. Price $319.99). News4JAX found it on Amazon for even less -- $119.99 when you apply the available $50 coupon.
The Coredy R750 Pro notched very good scores in both cleaning and navigation for its mopping capabilities in Consumer Reports’ tests.
Carpet cleaner
If you want an even deeper clean, consider a carpet cleaner. The Hoover PowerDash Pet Advanced Carpet Cleaner is as low as $139.99 at Target (Orig. Price $159.99).
This model scored high in Consumer Reports’ cleaning tests in removing dirt from the carpet.
Lawn-care products
“To kick off the warmer months, retailers tend to offer discounts on seasonal items. So, it’s a great time to shop, especially if you want to spruce up your yard,” said Gordon.
Lawn mower: The battery-powered mower from Kobalt is as low as $399 at Lowe’s (Orig. Price $449).
Your neighbors will thank you for using this mower because according to Consumer Reports, it’s very quiet. It also aced its tests for handling and mowing evenness.
String trimmer: And another item on sale to help with your curb appeal is the battery-powered string trimmer from Toro. It’s as low as $175 at Walmart ($204.99).
This is one of Consumer Reports’ top-rated battery-powered string trimmers.
Grill
If you’re ready to upgrade that grill, the large gas grill from Monument Grills is as low as $656.10 at Amazon. (Orig. Price $749).
This is one of the highest-scoring gas grills in CR’s ratings.
Other items on sale in April
There are a number of other items you can find on sale throughout April, including an important safety product: bike helmets.
