ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A federal judge has tossed out a lawsuit filed by an atheist group against the Orange County School District.

According to the Orlando Sentinel the judge decided to dismiss the suit because the district eventually reversed its decision.
The group is now allowed to hand out its materials to students, but so far has chosen not to.
