Pregnant woman's body found lying in cemetery

PALATKA, Fla. – The Putnam County Sheriff's Office said the body found Thursday morning in a small, remote cemetery is that of a 22-year-old pregnant woman reported missing from Daytona Beach.

The medical examiner identified the body as that of Shaquierra Pinckney, who was reported missing Tuesday.

A man who arrived at the Gethsemane Baptist Church Cemetery, off Federal Point Road in the northeast part of the county, found the body. 

Sheriff's Office detectives and crime scene technicians from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement processed the scene. Her death is considered suspicious.
