Police found a man found shot to death Sunday in a car in the Highlander Apartments on Monaco Drive while patrolling the area
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. ā Police have identified a man whose body was found Sunday night inside a car in the parking lot of a Northside apartment complex.
Officers patrolling the Highlander Apartments on Monaco Drive near Dunn Avenue about 9:45 p.m. found the body, later identified as Richard Allen Green, 21. Police said Green was shot and killed.
Investigators are working to determine where Green was shot.
Homicide detectives had no information about who shot Green, but they were looking for witnesses and evidence.
