Red Cross assisting family after fire in Pablo Bay subdivision

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Red Cross says it's assisting a family of two adults and three children after a Saturday morning fire on Waterchase Way West in the Pablo Bay subdivision.

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded to the call and initially said heavy smoke and flames were showing. The fire was put out quickly, but damage to the home occurred.

The fire marshal is investigating the cause.
