JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man was shot early Tuesday morning in the Woodstock neighborhood, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting was reported just before 1 a.m. on Third Street Circle South near the intersection of Melson and Commonwealth avenues.

The man was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Police are investigating but had no suspect information to release.
