JACKSONVILLE, Fla. โ€“ A 25-year-old man was charged with murder after police say an argument over a pickup truck at a Northwest Jacksonville Monday night escalated to gunfire and one man died.

Mack Johnson was detained at the scene at a gas station at the corner of New Kings and Moncrief road. Sgt. Edwin Cayenne said Johnson pulled a gun and fired during the argument.

After Johnson was questioned by detectives, he was arrested and booked into the Duval County jail. The Jacksonville Sheriffโ€™s Office said they werenโ€™t sure what the argument was about but the men knew each other.
