Allegiant begins nonstop service from Jacksonville to Nashville & DC area

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Allegiant this week begins nonstop service from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) to Nashville and the Washington, D.C., area.

Starting Thursday, Allegiant is offering service from JAX to Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Tennessee.

Then, beginning Friday, the airline is offering service from JAX to Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Virginia.

“We’re thrilled to expand service at Jacksonville International Airport and offer local travelers new leisure vacation destinations,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s senior vice president of revenue and planning. “Nashville boasts unique cuisine and vibrant music and Dulles is the perfect gateway to the nation’s capital. We think locals will appreciate our unique brand of travel: low-cost, nonstop flights without the hassle of layovers or connections.”

The new flights will operate twice weekly.
