Man shot at apartment complex in Northwest Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says a man was shot Sunday evening at an apartment complex in Northwest Jacksonville.

Police received a call around 9:15 p.m. about a person shot in the center courtyard at the Hilltop Village Apartments on West 45th Street. They were guided to a man in his 30′s who had been shot twice. The victim was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

There’s currently no word on a possible suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call JSO or Crime Stoppers.
