One person taken to the hospital after ultralight crash

Ultralight aircraft crash off Zoo Parkway. (WJXT)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Fire Rescue says one person was taken to a hospital after the ultralight aircraft they were flying crashed in a wooded area off Zoo Parkway.
JFRD says the person has serious injuries. The crash happened at 8:15 Saturday morning. The identity of the pilot has not been released.

The cause of the crash is not known. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating.
