JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A person is dead after colliding with the State Road 9B southbound overpass at the Interstate-95 south ramp just before 5 p.m. Saturday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said the person was traveling northbound on SR 9B and as they were trying to get on I-95, the car left the roadway onto the right shoulder. The car then overturned and collided with the SR 9B southbound overpass.

The driver was pronounced dead on the scene by the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
