Mily lived with her sister Giselle, and their children. A person who did not want to be named was translating for Mily and said the moment was scary for them.

Eight of the 23 displaced people were children.

People could be seen moving their furniture out since they could no longer live in the building.

The translator said the family is sad after what happened and didn’t expect this. She said they’re glad they didn’t get hurt, but are unsure of their future.

“They’re sad that they see that they can not live anywhere else,” the translator said.

She said the family doesn’t know what they’re going to do next, but the Red Cross was at the scene to help the family.
