The woman attempted to pass the Saturn within a passing zone when the Saturn’s driver began making a left turn onto SW Fortune Way, which resulted in the crash, the agency said.
Troopers said that the woman was taken to a local hospital, where she would later die.
FHP is actively investigating the matter.
